Hey, im 17 and have been struggling with my weight since i was a kid. I had started working out at the gym and cutting down on the calories LITERALLY, i would go to bed hungry which kinda made it worth while, i lost 20-25 lbs but have plateaued … Its depressing & i still got 15 more lbs to lose, my mom makes us eat so much carbs, thats all there ever is after the vegetables and stuff are finished … I really need your help on losing those last 15 🙂 xx
I have harmonica l problem as i don’t get regular dates , m so worried so even i can suicide because due to this i have increased with 10 kg wait i want to reduce that so my this prob get solved as Dr. said that Ur body getting air filled due to this i don’t want to go for medical treatment i want some natural steps for it to better ma self again in shape . pls help me i don’t like somebody call me mottii every tym ….as i have increased wait within 6 months form 52 — 62 now m sad pls help me i m ready to follow this plan will it work soon on me????
I LOVE this book! Alicia Silverstone is so inspiring. I was vegetarian several years ago and just recently felt drawn to eating more of a plant based diet again. Over the last 10 weeks I have transitioned to a vegan diet. First I cut out diet soda, then reduced overall sugar intake, then cut out meat, then dairy, then eggs. I really feel amazing. I have lost 11 pounds in these 10 weeks. It has just happened naturally and i am so happy with the food i have been eating. I am truly enjoying eating.
Hi Adam. Your story is really inspirational to me. Before, the thought of diets and exercise was very intimidating to me. These methods however seem, for lack of a better word, easier. I’ve begun to follow your guide lines today and i have a question for you. What did you normally eat for dinner during your diet? I’d appreciate an answer whenever you have the time, thank you.
Hey, I read this guide from the top to bottom (thoroughly might I say) and I feel that this might be a little rigourous for me. I need to lose weight and I’m only 12. 5’5 and 180 pounds. I don’t want to run/walk the treadmill, when I have a very nice neighborhood to walk about, but my parents won’t let me. I occasionally do about 20 situps/20 pushups, I play basketball. I don’t think I can do bicep curls or whatever you called them, no offence. What do you recommend I do?
