I’ll try to get back on track again this week and see if I can get rid of that 1 kilo again and aim to keep it off and then try for another. So long as I continue to incorporate exercise in my week 3-4 times I feel good; even though new muscle does weigh (in a gym I vary routines based on alternating a run, rowing, cycling, using kettle bells and incorporating yoga moves to warm up and cool down). So this time I wanted a diet that was going to be easy to follow, give fast results and be something I knew I could stick to in the long term. After looking around I decided that The Atkins Nutritional Approach seemed like the best choice for me, and besides I already knew people who had shed tens of pounds by following the healthy diet plans, so I knew it worked.

The plan is based on the theory that eating carbohydrates creates a production of insulin, a hormone secreted from the pancreas, leading to increased weight gain and hunger. I think it can help me to reduce more weight because my weight is 66 right now and i have to reach 50 according to my BMI…! The video promises a surprise at the end. I can buy the program for only $47….No, now I can get the $27 he charges his good friends and his family. It got as low as $7 but they will charge me $40 after a week. I decided to go back to reading the book. After learning all this neat stuff about fast weight loss is better the book is now telling me that the video they wanted me to watch is all wrong. Further reading is telling me that I must exercise and diet. I wish it would make up its mind.
