thanks priyanka for this lovely diet…actualy i had consulted a dietician long back and she gave me almost the same diet mentioned here, i lost weight very much and it really helped me to lose weight but the only bad thing i heard is dt ma face glow disappeared, now again m gaining weight and i just want to lose 2 kgs so ws just wondering if i start follow this diet will it still affect my face glow, i used to smoke too but now i have quit it from the last 1 month…please reply asap,,,m waiting…thank you
I am a 19 year old female who weighs 190. I did lose some weight, as I weighed 210 before. I am 5″2. I know that sounds over weight, cuz it is, but I am not fat. I have a flat stomach, and everything else on me is very skinny! I want to lose more because I am VERY heavy … Barely any fat on me, but I’m a very heavy girl. I don’t want this weight on me anymore, so I was wondering if you could help explain this to me, or give me another diet to lose weight (not fat)?

The theory is our bodies were designed, and still optimized, to eat what our Paleolithic ancestors ate. Like your hunger-gatherer forefathers, on Paleo you get all the meat from wild animals and unlimited fruits and vegetables you can eat. But no starchy vegetables (like potatoes), no legumes (like lentils or beans), no wheat, and no grains (like quinoa or corn) because those plants were invented by human beings during the agricultural revolution after our Paleolithic ancestors left the planet. I want to know whether there is any special restriction on the salad to take? Is there any thing I need to take, or shun from my diet? What is the ideal salad? Please help me.
I really liked ur article n found it v useful….i ll b strtg ur diet frm tom morn…i m a regular gymer and try to eat only healthy food….bt nvr got results as compared to my routine.I ve got tonned no doubt bt nt lost weight more than 1kg or 2kgs in 1year…so sometimes feel v disapponted….Bt with the help of ur diet i might get results ….i really wish to loose 3-4kgs atleast….
And finally, do you feel like you’re at peace with yourself? Comfortable in your own body? In your life? Or are you constantly battling yourself (or others), never feeling whole or balanced? Do you feel like you’re in touch with your heart—your authentic self? I know it might sound crazy to say that your diet is behind that, too, but it is.
