CoolSculpting is a gentle, 40 to 75 minute treatment (depending upon which applicators are used) during which you may watch movies, TV, read, listen to music, nap, or work on your laptop. The Coolspa specialist will outline your target zones with a surgical pen, and then apply a soothing gel. Next, the cryolipolysis applicators will be placed strategically over your skin, drawing the target areas inside. Each applicator is computer monitored to ensure its proper temperature at all times.
Results will be visible within the first 3-4 weeks and will continue to impress in the months that follow. At 2-4 months, most clients will see their full outcomes on display. According to the FDA, a CoolSculpting treatment reduces the amount of fat by an average of 20-25% in the area treated. With repeated CoolSculpting sessions, this number can climb. Be sure to schedule a follow up visit following your treatment to assess your results.
This safe, effective, FDA-approved treatment uses a revolutionary cooling method to effortlessly freeze unwanted fat deposits, reshaping your body in the process. Treatment is fast, so you can come in for 1-2 hours of treatment and be back to work or school the very same day. We have multiple CoolSculpting treatment units, so we can work on multiple parts of your body at the same time, further reducing your in-office hours. CoolSculpting provides excellent results that can be seen within one month of treatment, and clients experience an average of 20-25% reduction in their treatment zones.
I've been going to puregym Leeds since it opened and have not experienced what other reviewers have. I've not had anything stolen but saying that I do lock up my belongings..I think it's unfortunate that others may have been stolen from. In regards to the staff, they do get on with their business and whenever I've asked for help (and I've asked different members) all have taken time out even during busy periods, to help me out. Sometimes you just need to speak up. In regards to the mould and filth in the changing rooms, I've seen none of this. The gym is still relatively new with cleaners working most of the day. I tend to go in the mornings when it's quiet and the one time I've been on an evening it's been hectic and yes, the changing rooms were messy but that's because other people using the gym left their own rubbish lying about, rather than bin it. For the price of the membership I really can't complain!
I've rated it as 'Meh, I've experienced better,' but I'm feeling a bit generous. I used to be a member of the Marriott gym which was rather nice, but I couldn't afford to keep going. So, happy was I when PureGym appeared. I've now been a member for almost a year. On my first day, I booked an induction. No-one turned up to induct me, and the staff kept walking past, giving me dirty looks. In the end I had to go and find the gym manager, who passed me onto a rather young looking, non-gym-experienced teen. The gym serves it's purpose. there are machines. You can also book classes. I booked a power plate class once. I stood around the power plate at the allocated time for about 20 minutes. The staff just kept walking past, glaring at me. No-one stopped to help, not one of them asked if I was Ok. in the end I gave up and left. You just have to take it as it is. It isn't great, but you're paying at least £30 less than other city centre gyms. Unfortunately, this means that less 'nice' people frequent, and the changing rooms are pretty awful. The machines are also usually littered with well, litter, and aren't that clean. If I could afford to go elsewhere, I really think I would. But I can't. *sigh*.
PureGym is a British low-cost, no frills gym chain that offers cheap membership without a contract in one of over 170, clubs around the UK. The gyms are opened 24/7 and offer cardio equipment, fixed and free weights and various exercise classes led by professional fitness instructors. They resign from such facilities like swimming pools, saunas or spa to reduce the costs of membership and maintain a high standard for every gym they own. PureGym is currently the largest UK’s gym chain with about 450 000 members signed up at the moment.
I'm pretty new to gyms, and well still slightly scared by the whole thing. But this place had a pretty relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the staff are really nice. There is a great selection of equipment and a lot of each machine, so even at the busiest of times you're pretty much sure to get on what you want to use. Being open 24hrs is great too as it makes avoiding the busiest times pretty easy. The price is excellent too, £17.99 per month at the moment. The only drawback is, with being the but cheaper there aren't paper towel machines about to wipe down machines after use, and for a pretty big gym it only has 1 drinking fountain and so queues can be a bit annoying when youre a knackered and parched it feels like hours!
