You don’t need to use the website to get your membership or for any other reason but it’s so much easier with it. The PureGym website gives you all necessary information and a possibility to open, freeze, renew or upgrade/downgrade your membership. You can also book your classes there. Apart from the website, you may want to visit PureGym blog to find articles about nutrition, workout and supplementations as well as various guides, tips and tricks.
Great gym with huge floor space and equipment. Free weights area has lots of benches and Dumbbells for even busy periods. Two racks with 20kg bars, one spare and two smith machines. Couple of half and ez bars too. Upstairs has loads of matrix cardio machines like treadmill, cross trainer, stepper and bikes. Trx suspension area and kettlebells from 4kg to 20kg. Studio for 40 classes a week. Personal trainers on hand for help but don't push for private one to one sessions that you pay extra for. £18.99 a month. No contract. Bring your own padlock for locker. Showers are always clean and changing room checked regularly.
Nevertheless, this intrigued Friend #3, Friend #5 and myself into going later that day. On entering the gym, I saw that the previous description was a pessimistic one. Although the space has a functional appearance, there is an impressive array of exercise machines. As well as the usual suspects of running machines, bikes and rowing machines for cardiovascular training; there are also some great strengthening machines, both individual and multi-station. A circuit training area, a space to use medicine balls and a free weights area complete the layout.

Fantastic, well equipped gym, that is great value for money. Highly recommended. Only fault and it's similar with most modern day gyms is they can be highly impersonal and for some intimidating! Best way to go beyond the status quo and get those 5 stars is to have real people casually helping out and advising folk, who might be new to it all. Radical idea! I know it means paying more salaries but the benefits of having spotters and specialists there in hand will mean more gym attendees in the medium to long term. My two cents worth! During the procedure you may experience sensations of pulling, tugging, mild pinching, intense cold, tingling, stinging, aching, and cramping at the treatment site. These sensations subside as the area becomes numb. Following the procedure, typical side effects include temporary redness, swelling, blanching, bruising, firmness, tingling, stinging, tenderness, cramping, aching, itching, or skin sensitivity.
