In recent years, CoolSculpting has become one of the most popular nonsurgical alternatives to liposuction. This procedure utilizes cryolipolysis technology to freeze fat cells, causing them to wither and die. Your body will then safely remove these dead fat cells, leaving you with a more toned, sculpted figure. Dr. Fitzgerald can use CoolSculpting to remove targeted pockets of fat in many areas of your body, including your:

Traditional surgery requires all of the above and there is an increased risk of infections as a patient is under general anesthetic for several hours. This procedure also leaves behind, scars on your body which will stay with you for lifetime. Non-invasive procedures like body sculpting does not entail these risks. Plus, you can select which part of the body you like to tone down to that perfect shape.
Fantastic, well equipped gym, that is great value for money. Highly recommended. Only fault and it's similar with most modern day gyms is they can be highly impersonal and for some intimidating! Best way to go beyond the status quo and get those 5 stars is to have real people casually helping out and advising folk, who might be new to it all. Radical idea! I know it means paying more salaries but the benefits of having spotters and specialists there in hand will mean more gym attendees in the medium to long term. My two cents worth! During opening week, Friend #1 was our pioneer in testing out the gym. On his much anticipated return, his report was not entirely satisfactory. "It's quite good, but it does have the feel of a correctional facility." Not a great account, but I remained hopeful. Perhaps this merely revealed more about Friend #1's chequered past rather than the quality of Pure Gym.

Cold treatments (CoolSculpting). These employ temperatures cold enough to kill fat cells but not damage your skin. A device pulls portions of skin in by suction, then cools it to destroy the fat underneath for a set amount of time. You can use this procedure on many body parts including the chin, arms, abdomen, love handles and thighs. It’s safe for most patients. However, those who have a vascular condition that makes them extra sensitive to cold temperatures (Raynaud’s syndrome, for instance) should not use this treatment.
I've rated it as 'Meh, I've experienced better,' but I'm feeling a bit generous. I used to be a member of the Marriott gym which was rather nice, but I couldn't afford to keep going. So, happy was I when PureGym appeared. I've now been a member for almost a year. On my first day, I booked an induction. No-one turned up to induct me, and the staff kept walking past, giving me dirty looks. In the end I had to go and find the gym manager, who passed me onto a rather young looking, non-gym-experienced teen. The gym serves it's purpose. there are machines. You can also book classes. I booked a power plate class once. I stood around the power plate at the allocated time for about 20 minutes. The staff just kept walking past, glaring at me. No-one stopped to help, not one of them asked if I was Ok. in the end I gave up and left. You just have to take it as it is. It isn't great, but you're paying at least £30 less than other city centre gyms. Unfortunately, this means that less 'nice' people frequent, and the changing rooms are pretty awful. The machines are also usually littered with well, litter, and aren't that clean. If I could afford to go elsewhere, I really think I would. But I can't. *sigh*.
Great gym with huge floor space and equipment. Free weights area has lots of benches and Dumbbells for even busy periods. Two racks with 20kg bars, one spare and two smith machines. Couple of half and ez bars too. Upstairs has loads of matrix cardio machines like treadmill, cross trainer, stepper and bikes. Trx suspension area and kettlebells from 4kg to 20kg. Studio for 40 classes a week. Personal trainers on hand for help but don't push for private one to one sessions that you pay extra for. £18.99 a month. No contract. Bring your own padlock for locker. Showers are always clean and changing room checked regularly.
