There are no side-effects to a body sculpting procedure which must be reason enough for anyone who wants to try the treatment. Unlike traditional surgeries which pose a risk of infection due to going under general anesthesia not to mention the risk of post-surgical allergies. Apart from that, there is no indication of pain anywhere in the body sculpting procedure. Patients might experience a mild discomfort and that is only due to the initial focusing of light on their designated area. There’s no other sign of discomfort throughout the whole procedure. Plus, none of the patients have reported any type of infection that occurred as a result of the body sculpting procedure.

Body sculpting can be used to remove excess skin/fat in the areas near neck (lower chin), arms, thighs, buttocks, flank and abdomen. The surgical procedures for these areas can take up to 10 hours for surgery and a period of 18 months to show the desired results fully. Using artificial or natural means to improve the overall physique or muscle tone is referred to as body sculpting. Hence, it is possible to tone the muscles as well according to your requirement. It has been shown in scientific studies that exercise, regular dieting, and strength training is an effective way to change your body.
As of 24/09/18 PureGym has taken over what was once Soho! In Lewisham where I have been a member of for years! And was very happy with the level of service and facilities. Launch day there was pure gym staff everywhere in the gym but no one to assist those of us that had problems getting in with the new pin method! Before it was just a finger print! Once in the gym... I always wipe down the machines before and after I use them only to find all the tissues and hygiene sprays h...ad all been removed! When asked a member of staff I was told they don’t provide it and I need to bring my own!!! How unhygienic!
