For most of us, there comes a time, when we look in the mirror or stop for a break after long stairs and say to ourselves: “it’s time to hit the gym”. Fortunately, the growing popularity of active lifestyle led to creation of many gyms and sport clubs – we have plenty to choose from. So... which to choose? Think about what you’re going to use at the gym. A treadmill? Maybe some weights? If yes, do you really want to pay for everything, including sauna, swimming pool and fully-equipped spa section? Not likely. Then, mix low price, clear rules and professional equipment without fancy and unnecessary additions. What you get? Pure Gym.
The duration of a typical body sculpting treatment lasts for about thirty to forty minutes (maximum is an hour.) During this time, it is recommended to bring something with you to pass time since you will not be under a general anesthetic. Other ways to pass time is to get some of your work done or take a short nap while the procedure is going on. Comparing this to traditional surgical methods, which takes up to 10 hours to complete and a prolonged period of one month of downtime to recover.
Celebrities like Khloe Kardashian and Jennifer Anniston have used body sculpting (also called CoolSculpting and Body Contouring) to target trouble areas like love handles and stubborn thighs and kill fat cells once and for all. i've been a member of pure gym for about a year and a half now and find it really good. I describe it as the easyjet of gyms, you know what you are getting, no frills but basics are delivered well. I also find that they are quite responsive, I mentioned that there wern't enough after work and evening classes and the timetable did improve (although it has slackened off again recently but I hope they will be doing something about that) The showers are nice and changing rooms always clean, whenever I go there is plenty of equipment for everyone, the machines are all new and in good nick. If anything does get broken they usually fix it within a day or so. The only thing is the personal training, which is just as expensive as any other gym. I know its one on one training and does cost but I do wish it was a bit more affordable!

Fantastic, well equipped gym, that is great value for money. Highly recommended. Only fault and it's similar with most modern day gyms is they can be highly impersonal and for some intimidating! Best way to go beyond the status quo and get those 5 stars is to have real people casually helping out and advising folk, who might be new to it all. Radical idea! I know it means paying more salaries but the benefits of having spotters and specialists there in hand will mean more gym attendees in the medium to long term. My two cents worth!
